New ammonia refrigeration system for the CA apple cold store for the SALEM fruit cooperative in Neufrach.
A total of 24 refrigeration cells are cooled with air coolers. Every refrigeration cell can be individually controlled. The refrigeration cells are equipped with a spray humidification system.

Planning of an ammonia compression refrigeration system with brine circuits on the secondary side. Refrigerant is condensed through water-cooled condensers. Refrigeration is provided by two ammonia screw compressors in one unit. No redundancy is intended for refrigeration.
